Usage per Region

A CRM Analytics license is required to view and access CRM Analytics assets in Unified Analytics.

Discover Where Your Customers Are Located​

Use the Usage per Region tab of the Package Usage Overview dashboard to see the locations of your customers' organizations and specific users.

Open the ISV Analytics app from the app launcher and navigate to Package Usage Overview. Select the Usage per Region tab on the dashboard.

App Usage per Region

The displayed map shows the unique users using your app per specific country. There are two variants of the map:

  1. User Location - Displays unique users per country based on the user's location (the user who triggered the interaction).
  2. Organization Location - Displays unique users per country based on the organization's location (how many app users come from organizations located in a certain country).

You can choose the desired variant using a toggle located at the top bar of the dashboard.

What You Can Do with This Data​

Understanding where your customers are located and how they interact with your app can provide valuable insights:

  • Tailor your marketing efforts to regions with higher usage.
  • Identify regions where your app may need more support or localization.
  • Assess the impact of regional events or promotions on app usage.

Use Filters for More Specific Results​
