Limits

There are certain limitations in the ISV Analytics App that you should be aware of.

App Plans and Feature Allocation

There are different plans for the app that you can choose depending on your needs. Refer to the Pricing document to learn about pricing, limits, and feature allocation for each plan.

CRM Analytics Limitations

We use Salesforce CRM Analytics to visualize the data about your app. Don't worry, this doesn't generate any additional costs for you as you are a Salesforce ISV Partner with special licenses available to you for free.

CRM Analytics enhances your user experience significantly, but it does enforce some specific limits on the app. Most of these limits are already factored into the feature allocations. The only new limit you should be aware of is the total CRM Analytics data rows limit of 100 millions. Don't worry, it's a lot - we aggregate the data for you, and one aggregated row can summarize data from hundreds of user interactions with the app.

If you want to be extra cautious, you can monitor the used rows count on the Setup -> Getting Started page. If you find yourself needing extra rows, contact your Partner Account Manager to purchase an add-on license for CRM Analytics.

Note: The majority of the rows consumed by ISV Analytics will be reserved in the first month after you install the app. This is because we aggregate the data mostly by months, and there is a certain reserve for the current month.
