Installation
Salesforce Org Considerations
ISV Analytics must be installed in your License Management Org - this is an org where you manage your app licenses. If you didn't request otherwise, this is your Partner Business Org - the one you received from Salesforce when becoming a Salesforce Partner.
The app will not function in any other org, as this is the only org where Salesforce permits requests for AppExchange App Analytics logs. ISV Analytics does not alter any of your existing records; it operates solely within its own data model and treats all other data as read-only.
Installation Instructions
- Visit the ISV Analytics App listing on AppExchange.
- Click "Get It Now" and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app in your Salesforce Partner Business Org.
Accessing ISV Analytics After Installation
Just after installation, Salesforce will redirect you to the Installed Packages page. To open ISV Analytics from there (or from anywhere else in Salesforce), open the App Launcher, search for ISV Analytics, and select the app.
