Manage Your App Licenses

A CRM Analytics license is required to view and access CRM Analytics assets in Unified Analytics. |
Use the Licenses tab to view and manage the package licenses assigned to your customers.
License Management
Every time a customer installs your app, a license record is automatically created in your Partner Business Org (you can read more about this automation in the official Salesforce documentation).
License records control your customers' access to your app after installation on their Salesforce org. By modifying the license record, you can decide how many users in the customer's org can use the app, the expiration date, and the app plan version. You can even suspend the app for customers who are not paying their invoices on time.
Open the ISV Analytics
app from the app launcher and navigate to Licenses
. Select the desired list view (e.g. ISV Analytics All
).
Your app licenses are displayed here with key information, such as the related lead/account, installation date, status, expiration date, and more.
Click on the license name to open the detailed record page, which displays all the details about the license. Do not manually change the data displayed here.
To modify the editable license information that will affect your customer's installation, click the Modify License
button at the top right corner (you might need to use the expand arrow button to see it).
