Troubleshoot ISV Analytics App
If you feel that the app dashboards show incomplete/invalid data or suspect that the app functions incorrectly, there are a few ways you can troubleshoot the issues.
ISV Analytics Debug Tab
You can check if the app has logged any errors or warnings by opening the ISV Analytics Debug
tab.
You can just open ISV Analytics Debug
tab by searching ISV Analytics Debug
in App Launcher or you can add it to your menu.
- Click the pencil icon on the right side of your menu.
- Click the Select More Items button.
- In the menu on the left, go to the All tab and search for the
ISV Analytics Debug
tab. - Click the plus (+) icon next to the
ISV Analytics Debug
tab. - Click Add Nav Items.
Open the log record to see more details. If it is not helpful, contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
Monitor the App Notifications
The app displays different notifications on its pages whenever your attention is needed. Be sure to read those notifications and act accordingly. For example, when the app detects that your package usage logs are too large for your current plan and part of the data is not being collected, it will notify you about this and ask you to upgrade to a higher plan.
