A CRM Analytics license is required to view and access CRM Analytics assets in Unified Analytics. |
You can use the Hourly Usage Trends tab of the In-Depth Usage Report dashboard to detect application load patterns across the day.
Open the ISV Analytics
app from the app launcher and navigate to In-Depth Usage Report
. Select the Hourly Usage Trends
tab on the dashboard.
The data visualized here is based on detailed usage logs from the last 7 days.
What You Can Do with This Data
Tracking usage load across the day can help optimize product performance and customer support communication.
- Identify app bottlenecks and react quickly.
- Improve customer experience by adjusting support contact hours or data load activity slots according to actual app usage hours.
Use Filters for More Specific Results
