You can use the Package Errors tab of the In-Depth Usage Report dashboard to detect exceptions raised by your package in customer orgs.
Open the ISV Analytics
app from the app launcher and navigate to In-Depth Usage Report
. Select the Package Errors
tab on the dashboard.
The dashboard shows all uncaught exceptions raised by your app in the last 7 days. It contains details such as the exact timestamp and stack trace to enable easy debugging and quick remediation.
Note: There is also a similar Package Errors
tab in the Package Usage Overview dashboard. However, it displays data aggregated monthly to cover a much broader timeframe, but as a result, does not contain the exact timestamp of the exception occurrence. To learn more, reference this article.

Exception monitoring can help strengthen your product reputation and customer satisfaction:
- React to errors immediately, before the customer is significantly affected.
- Improve your product by fixing bugs quickly, before they become a larger problem.
Use Filters for More Specific Results
