Detailed Custom Interactions View

Available for plans:
Enterprise and
Ultimate.
A CRM Analytics license is required to view and access CRM Analytics assets in Unified Analytics.

You can use the Custom Interactions tab of the In-Depth Usage Report dashboard to monitor all Custom Interactions that occurred in your customers' instances in the last 7 days.
It displays exact timestamps for each interaction, allowing you to immediately react to events and fully understand the customer app usage journey.

Open the ISV Analytics app from the app launcher and navigate to In-Depth Usage Report. Select the Custom Interactions tab on the dashboard.

Note: There is also a separate global application tab, Custom Interactions, which displays slightly different data. It also visualizes custom interactions that occurred in your customers' instances, but it contains all custom logs (not just the last 7 days) aggregated in per-month buckets. Use Filters for More Specific Results
