How to sort data on any dashboard?​

We apply default data sorting to all app dashboards, but you can modify it to suit your needs by clicking the chart measure title.

Navigate to the dashboard of your choice, such as the Feature Usage Summary tab in the Package Usage Overview dashboard. By default, the data in the main diagram is sorted by the subscriber organization name. To sort it by the measured value (the number of interactions with app features), click the Total Number of Interaction measure title. Click once to sort in ascending order, click twice to sort in descending order, and click a third time to reset the sorting to the default state.

Save dashboard views​

If you want your custom sorting to be applied by default every time you visit the dashboard, you can save your preferred dashboard view. To learn how to do this, refer to the Manage Dashboard Views article.
